Somewhere lays a pumpkin patch
Never farm this cursed lot
Each season yields the foulest batch
Its nasty taste spoils from rot

One pumpkin resembles a face of fear
Fittingly named the pumpkin head!
Take a closer look but not too near
Is this thing alive or is it dead!
